Preliminary Approval granted for Settlement Agreement

Amazon.com, Inc. has agreed to a settlement valued at over $1 billion to resolve claims that it failed to provide timely or correct refunds for returned items and "retrocharged" customers for items already returned.
The settlement includes a $309.5 million cash fund, approximately $570 million in refunds already issued, and improvements to Amazon's return tracking systems.

You may be eligible for benefits if you initiated a return to Amazon or requested a refund regarding a physical product purchased and received in the U.S. after being sold through Amazon.com from September 5, 2017 to the time the Class Data is prepared and who 1) incorrectly did not receive a refund from Amazon, 2) received an untimely or incorrect refund from Amazon, and/or 3) did receive a refund but were later incorrectly charged by Amazon for the product(s) that was (were) the subject of the return.
