Ameriflight has agreed to pay $425,000 in monetary relief and waive approximately $852,000 in outstanding balances on pilot training repayment agreements to settle allegations that the previous pilot training repayment agreements were illegal. The monetary relief will cover reimbursement of payments previously made under such agreements and compensation for minimum wage violations. Payments will be automatically issued to eligible individuals by the settlement administrator, and class members do not need to file a claim.
