Apex Global Solutions, Inc. has agreed to pay reimbursement for documented losses and provide free medical data monitoring to affected individuals to settle a lawsuit related to a data breach at Apex that occurred between June 18, 2024, and July 2, 2024 and allegedly exposed sensitive personal and protected health information (PHI) of approximately 390,000 individuals, including names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and medical information. Affected individuals may be eligible for up to $3,500 in reimbursement for documented losses and three years of free medical data monitoring.
