Asheville Eye Associates has reached a settlement following a November 2024 data breach that compromised the personal and health information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical records, of approximately 327,756 current and former patients. Eligible class members can claim up to $1,250 in reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses documented on a claim form. All participating settlement class members will automatically receive one year of credit monitoring and a $10 eyeglass voucher without having to file a claim.
