Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc. has agreed to a $300,000 settlement in a class action lawsuit (Davis v. Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc.), alleging that the company failed to properly pay overtime hours to certain hourly employees who worked between December 23, 2021 and October 16, 2025. Eligible employees who opt into the settlement will receive a pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund, according to hours worked, based on employment records.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for a cash benefit for unpaid overtime wages if you were employed by Aspire Lifestyles in an eligible hourly role between December 23, 2021 and October 16, 2025
You worked for Aspire Lifestyles (Americas) Inc. between December 23, 2021 and October 16, 2025
You were employed as an hourly Lifestyle Consultant, Lifestyle Concierge, Customer Service Representative, or a similar job title
Your primary job duty was to handle inbound phone calls and complete research for members requesting personal services
You must complete "opt-in" registration by March 9, 2026. Those who do nothing will not qualify for benefits.
