Evig LLC (doing business as Balance of Nature) has agreed to a settlement in the amount of $9.95 million to resolve a lawsuit (Morris v. EVIG, LLC d/b/a Balance of Nature) in which Plaintiffs alleged that the Defendants engaged in deceptive and misleading trade practices, including issues with their representations about the quality, accuracy of listed ingredients, and supposed proven health benefits of the supplements.
Customers who purchased eligible Balance of Nature supplements between March 28, 2019, and October 27, 2025 may receive up to $30 with Valid Proof of Purchase or up to $8 without Proof of Purchase.
