BMW has agreed to provide certain reimbursements and repairs in response to allegations that the Shark-Fin Antenna on certain BMW vehicles was not fully sealed to the vehicle's roof, leading to water infiltration and possible damage.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for refunds and other benefits if you are a person in the United States who currently owns or leases (or previously owned or leased) a qualifying U.S. Model Year 2019-2020 BMW vehicle that was purchased or leased and registered and operated in the United States.
You are a person in the United States.
You currently own or lease a qualifying Model Year 2019-2020 BMW vehicle.
You previously owned or leased a qualifying Model Year 2019-2020 BMW vehicle.
The BMW vehicle was purchased or leased in the United States.
The BMW vehicle was registered and operated in the United States.
