Overview

The Boston Sports Club will pay claims related to memberships that were billed during the COVID-19 pandemic when the locations were closed or after members attempted to cancel their memberships and were unable to do so. The Court previously identified approximately 47,000 members who were unfairly billed and were entitled to a refund. Refunds will be issued from the $3.9 million settlement fund and distributed according to transaction data reviewed by the Court.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for benefits if you were a member of Boston Sports Club during the pandemic (between March and November 2020) and were charged for membership in April 2020 while locations were closed.

You were a member of the Boston Sports Club during the COVID-19 pandemic (March to November 2020.

You were charged for membership in April 2020 while locations were closed.

You did not previously receive a refund or credit for those charges.

Members who qualified for a refund and did not already receive a refund or credit were identified by the court and notified. If you believe that you should have qualified but did not receive notification, contact the Refund Administrator at (855) 927-8664.
