The breach exposed personal information, including addresses, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, financial information and more, to unauthorized third parties. Those affected can receive reimbursement of up to $1000 in documented out-of-pocket expenses and lost time and up to $2,500 in documented losses for identity theft or fraud. Alternatively, those affected can choose to receive a cash payment of $45 without documentation. All affected individuals can receive one year of free credit monitoring services.
