The defendant denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to a settlement to avoid the costs of litigation. Eligible class members who submit a valid claim will receive a cash payment.

Eligibility

Individuals are included in the settlement class if they were a California resident who made a booking on Airportparkingreservations.com and/or Airportparking.com between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025, and paid a mandatory "Service Charge" in connection with that booking.

You paid a mandatory "Service Charge" in connection with that booking.

File Your Claim by January 15, 2026

Submit a valid and timely claim to receive a payment.

Payments will be a pro rata portion of the $425,000 settlement fund.

Filing a claim is the only way to receive a payment from this settlement.
