Gas Express, LLC (doing business as Circle K) has agreed to a settlement regarding allegations related to a May 2024 data incident. If you received a notice stating your Private Information was impacted, you may be eligible for benefits.
The settlement provides up to two years of free credit monitoring, reimbursement of up to $2,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses, or an alternative cash payment of $50.
Eligibility
You may be eligible if you are a living individual residing in the United States who was sent a notice by Gas Express, LLC d/b/a Circle K that your Private Information was impacted in the Data Incident.
You are a living individual.
You are residing in the United States.
You were sent a notice by the defendant that your Private Information was impacted in the Data Incident.
