Accepting Submissions
The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Squatch sold personal care products labeled "natural" that contained synthetic ingredients. The company agreed to a $9 million proposed settlement and to change some product labels. If you file a valid claim, you can get $0.50 per product: up to five products without proof of purchase and up to 20 products with proof of purchase. The per-product amount goes up or down pro rata depending on how many valid claims are filed.
Claims are due by November 27, 2026. The deadline to opt out or object is October 13, 2026. The court has not granted final approval and will hold a final approval hearing on March 2, 2027. Each household can submit only one claim form.
