E-Benefit Solution, Inc. has reached a settlement regarding a data security incident that occurred in December 2024. Individuals who received notification that their private information was compromised may receive two years of credit monitoring services and may choose between reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000 or a $40 alternative cash payment without any documentation.
Eligibility
You may be a Settlement Class Member if you are a living individual residing in the United States whose Private Information was compromised by the Data Incident and to whom E-Benefit Solution, Inc. provided notification of the Data Incident.

Your private information was compromised by the December 2024 Data Incident
E-Benefit Solution, Inc. provided notice of the Data Incident to eligible individuals. If you do not have your notice or if you believe your information was compromised but you did not receive a notice, contact the Settlement Administrator at (833) 386-6488.
