The lawsuit alleges that Emanate Health Medical Center used tracking pixels on its website that quietly sent visitor information to outside advertising and analytics companies. The proposed settlement creates a $777,000 fund. After fees, costs, and service awards, roughly $433,709 is left to split among everyone who files a valid claim. Everyone who files a valid claim gets a pro rata share, and the payment can be raised or lowered depending on the number of claims.
