FitOn has agreed to a $2.5 million settlement over claims that it shared information about the videos its account holders watched with third parties, in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA).
Approved claims are expected to receive an estimated $10 each.
The deadline to file a claim, ask to be excluded, or object is August 31, 2026. A final approval hearing is set for October 6, 2026, in New York Supreme Court for Kings County.
Payments will go out by PayPal, Venmo, or check after the court approves the settlement and any appeals are resolved.

You may qualify if you are a person in the United States who held an account with FitOn Video Platform and accessed at least one video between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026.
