Eligibility
You may be eligible for benefits if you are a natural person who, while residing in the State of California, used a mobile phone running a Google-licensed version of the Android operating system from August 9, 2016 through the date of a Final Order and Judgment approving the Settlement.
You have used a mobile phone running a Google-licensed version of the Android operating system.
You were a resident of California when you used the eligible mobile phone.
You were a resident of California and used an eligible mobile phone from August 9, 2016 through the date of a Final Order and Judgment approving the Settlement.
You are not eligible for benefits if you previously opted out of the class before May 15, 2025.
