Eligibility
You may be eligible for benefits if you are an adult who viewed the "Big Bad Cough" advertising campaign, lived in or were vaccinated in New York, and received the BOOSTRIX vaccine between May 20, 2016 and May 20, 2020 to protect other individuals from pertussis (whooping cough).

You lived in New York or were vaccinated with BOOSTRIX in New York
You received the BOOSTRIX vaccine between May 20, 2016, and May 20, 2020 to protect other individuals from pertussis (whooping cough)
