Lee Enterprises has reached a settlement regarding a February 2025 data security incident. Current and former employees whose private information was compromised may be eligible for cash payments and one year of credit monitoring services. Payments may be up to $1,000 for Ordinary Losses and Lost Time, up to $3,000 for Extraordinary Losses or an alternate cash payment, estimated to be $35, without any documentation.

If you do not have our notice or if you believe your information was compromised but did not receive a notice, contact the Settlement Administrator at (833) 647-4093.
