Mercedes-Benz USA has agreed to provide reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs related to specific emissions parts repairs, replacements, or diagnoses for eligible vehicles, as well as coverage moving forward.
Max Reimbursement:
100% of diagnosis costs
Mercedes-Benz has agreed to reimburse qualified diagnosis and repair costs to customers in response to allegations that the company failed to properly identify and classify fourteen specific vehicle parts as high-cost or high-priced emissions warranty parts under California emissions warranty regulations. This failure allegedly resulted in owners paying out-of-pocket for repairs, replacements, or diagnoses that should have been covered under the HPP warranty.
