If you would rather have money, you file a claim for cash per ticket: $3.37 in California, $2.54 in Colorado, $2.65 in Connecticut, $3.48 in Maryland, $7.12 in New York, and $3.70 in Tennessee. You get one or the other, not both. Claims, opt outs, and objections are all due by September 18, 2026, and the court holds a final approval hearing on December 17, 2026.
Eligibility
You may qualify if you bought Moodswings show tickets online through tickets.mesmerica.com, ticketshop.mesmerica.com, tickets.beautifica.show, or tickets.changeworlds.org. The class period runs by state: August 29, 2022 to June 20, 2025 in New York, October 1, 2023 to August 31, 2025 in Connecticut, July 1, 2023 to August 26, 2025 in Tennessee, July 1, 2024 to June 20, 2025 in California and Maryland, and August 7, 2024 to August 31, 2025 in Colorado.
