Overview

Nice Pak Products, Inc. and Professional Disposables International, Inc. have agreed to reimburse costs, pay for lost time, and provide Privacy Shield Pro monitoring in response to allegations that the companies failed to adequately protect sensitive personal information of current and former employees in a cybersecurity incident that occurred between May 28, 2023 and June 15, 2023. The incident potentially exposed names, Social Security numbers, financial account data, and medical information of approximately 8,659 current and former employees.

Class Members can submit a claim for lost time (up to four hours at $22.50 per hour), "Ordinary Expenses" up to $450 (up to $50 does not require documentation), and documented "Extraordinary Expenses" up to $4,500.

You may be eligible for benefits if you are a current or former employee of Nice-Pak Products, Inc. or Professional Disposables International, Inc. whose personal information was impacted by the data breach.
