You may be eligible for benefits if you received a marketing text message on your cellular telephone from NRS Pay, or on their behalf, between January 8, 2020, and the date of final approval of this settlement after opting out of such messages by responding with a "stop" or "unsubscribe" message (and not re-opting-in) and whose number was listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry when the messages were received.

You had previously requested not to receive text messages from NRS Pay by responding with a "stop" or "unsubscribe" message
