Penn Medicine has agreed to a $9.25 million settlement without admitting wrongdoing. If you used the portal during the covered period and file a claim, you can receive up to $15.
Claims are due September 16, 2026. Exclusion requests and objections are both due September 1, 2026. The final approval hearing is scheduled for November 12, 2026, and will be held over Zoom. Payments go out about 90 days after the court grants final approval.
