The breach involved unauthorized access to 4.7 terabytes of data, which included the personal and protected health information (PHI) of approximately 5.8 million individuals, by the "Money Message" ransomware group. Compromised data included names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medications, and health insurance information. Eligible individuals can receive cash payments and credit monitoring services.
