You may be eligible for benefits if you purchased, received, were given, or owned (other than solely for resale purposes) a designated Shimano Hollowtech II crankset in the United States manufactured before July 2019.

Assistance with locating the two-letter code is available here: https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2023/Shimano-Recalls-Cranksets-for-Bicycles-Due-to-Crash-Hazard Reimbursement is not available if the replacement occurred on or after September 21, 2023, or if the original warranty had not expired at the time of replacement.
