Sirius XM has agreed to pay $28 million to settle a lawsuit (Campbell et al. v. Sirius XM Radio Inc.) regarding allegations that Sirius XM made unauthorized telemarketing calls to individuals whose phone numbers were registered to internal or national Do Not Call lists.
Eligibility
You may qualify for benefits if you received multiple telemarketing calls from Sirius XM (or a third party on its behalf) while your number was on a do-not-call list during the eligibility period.
You received more than one telephone solicitation call from Sirius XM (or a third party on its behalf) in a 12-month period between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025
Your phone number had been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or Sirius XM's internal Do Not Call List for more than 31 days at the time of the calls
Claimants must provide the phone number that received the calls, but no further proof is necessary. Those who were self-paying Sirius XM subscribers at the time or the first calls or before the start of the second call are not eligible for benefits.
