SitusAMC discovered on or about November 12, 2025, that someone had accessed and taken information that may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and health insurance information. A proposed $5.3 million settlement fund resolves the lawsuit over the incident. If you file, you can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses, a flat cash payment estimated at $75, or both, and people who lived in California from November 12 to November 22, 2025, can also claim a $50 payment. Everyone in the class was also sent an enrollment code for one year of credit monitoring.
Claims are due November 6, 2026. The deadline to opt out or object is October 22, 2026. The court has not granted final approval and will hold a final approval hearing on November 11, 2026.
