Eligibility
You may be a Settlement Class Member if you received an electronically printed receipt at a Sprouts grocery store that displayed more than the last five digits of your card number during the specified timeframes.
You used your personal credit card, debit card or EBT card at any Sprouts grocery store within the United States
Your credit or debit card transaction occurred between August 16, 2020 and October 31, 2022
Your EBT card transaction occurred between March 15, 2021 and April 15, 2023
You were provided an electronically printed receipt at the point of the sale or transaction, on which receipt was printed more than the last five digits of your credit card or debit card number
Proof of purchase is required, such as a copy of the receipt or a card statement showing the transaction.
