Several defendant companies (TEP OPCO, LLC; TEPDB Opco, LLC; and Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc.) have agreed to pay $197,261 into a settlement fund to address allegations that the companies violated Washington law by failing to disclose wage scales or salary ranges in job postings and requesting salary history from applicants. Eligible class members can receive a pro rata portion of the settlement fund, estimated to be $1,258.94 per claim.
