

Current and former TTCU Federal Credit Union members charged certain overdraft or NSF (insufficient funds) fees between August 31, 2015, and May 1, 2024 may receive automatic payments from a $3 million settlement. TTCU Federal Credit Union has agreed to pay $3 million in settlement, in addition to approximately $1 million in fee forgiveness, to resolve a lawsuit (Lee et. al. v. TTCU Federal Credit Union) alleging certain improper fees being charged to their credit union members between August 31, 2015 and May 1, 2024.
You qualify to receive an automatic payment if you were a member of TTCU Federal Credit Union from August 31, 2015 to May 1, 2024 and were charged improper overdraft or NSF fees by TTCU during the eligibility period.
