TTCU Federal Credit Union has agreed to pay $3 million in settlement, in addition to approximately $1 million in fee forgiveness, to resolve a lawsuit (Lee et. al. v. TTCU Federal Credit Union) alleging certain improper fees being charged to their credit union members between August 31, 2015 and May 1, 2024.
